Dear American Conservatives. If Canada *could* intentionally--or through deliberate neglect--send massive amounts of forest fire smoke to assault the United States, heedless of that desperately important international border (which, on other days, you call "just a random line on a map"), we would have done it before now. We'd have sent it straight to Washington DC.
