@Gina@fosstodon.org Play Integrity API wrongly conflates Google certification with security. GrapheneOS is far more secure than any OS certified by Google. It wrongly conflates GrapheneOS with typical alternative operating systems not preserving the standard security model, features and patches despite GrapheneOS doing the opposite. It also gives a free pass to any Google certified OS being indefinitely behind on security patches with the exception of an extremely weak standard for the strong integrity level.
