Pretty wet run today but my running rain jacket did its thing! Nearly didn’t go a) due to the rain and b) woke up with a headache but I managed to shift most of that before I went. I try to not look at my watch whilst I run, to prevent me obsessing over pace or distance. It was a surprise to come in at 10’15” per mile, it didn’t feel like it on the way round! No calf niggles today but I did have a couple of stops, walks and stretches, which I’m okay with! #run #running #runnersofmastodon #sundayrunday
