I won't even give my remote access to listen to my voice when i accidentally press that button. There are so many awful ways they try to get finer details about people!

@RnDanger@infosec.exchange Yeah, the whole thing of LG shrugging off consent of audio recording to the owners is absolute bullcrap. How about when the neighbors get loud (for any reason) and their voices are captured by the TV? Do we have to get consent for any and all neighbors or do we have to consent to a neighbor's TV?
