This has been my opinion since the end of '22.
When the chatbots first got popular, I did a quick look at the numbers and was like "Oh, this costs far more to run than it will ever bring in. This is useless, gimmicky trash."
My opinion hasn't changed. At all.
I have told everyone who will listen this entire time.
I will never, ever get tired of reminding people that I've been right about this.
In '22 I didn't think I was much smarter than the average person. Now...? Not so sure.

Every time someone who I think of as more intelligent than I am starts boosting AI crap, I'm like "damn, I really am too hard on myself." Like not only is this shit stupid and worthless, it's [rather obviously] stupid and worthless. On a concrete, material level, just compare $ invested to $ made. I wouldn't invest in any of these AI companies, they don't have good financials Motherfuckers understand that perpetual motion machines can't work, but line up to rent a perpetual info machine?
