Working on a small coding passion project and strictly using free credits and local LLMs to build it, in a LinkedIn-speak way, is helping me understand how much prep work project managers and leaders put into a project. A surprising amount of front load. And I do all that prep work with a LLM anyway. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I'm still wrangling "hotshot junior engineers" while I slam my keyboard prodding them along the feature set I'm looking for, so I don't think most PMs are out of a job yet.
