@anneoneam@mastodon.online - This response is weird and I'm trying to understand it. What is the goal in your message? That because this is not new its not worthwhile to discuss? If a person just now started abusing kittens, that would be bad. But if this was the 20th time they've abused kittens, that makes it good? Or at least not notable? Wouldn't the fact that it's "not some new development" make this worse? Your response makes it seem like because he's always been bad we shouldnt talk about it anymore. It seems dismissive. So. I ask sincerely. What is your point?

@tinker@infosec.exchange @anneoneam@mastodon.online I've seen quite a few of these comments, especially from a number of marginalised people who tried to be a part of the Linux community and clashed with this guy and others like him. I've taken the comments as "we've known (and experienced) this guy was a privileged arsehole. You could have believed us when we told you your hero(es) sucked decades ago." My conclusion based on their feedback: https://infosec.exchange/@avuko/116930490119016322
