🥁HOKO-MOCHI🔔 One of the most anticipated sweets of the festival is Kagijin's (かぎ甚) 'hoko-mochi' (鉾餅). Available only in July, the sweet resembles the roof covering of the Naginata-hoko (長刀鉾), the first float to parade in the Gion Matsuri. #京都 #鉾餅
