Autistic distinct anxiety! Yes! Finally I found a pro communicating about it! I have an official diagnosis of unspecified anxiety because autistic anxiety is not, yet?, in the DSM5. Thanks to the psychiatrist who diagnosed me, I saw her only ome time, but no thanks to the psychologist who tried to treat years ago for my anxiety with regular therapy.
