@gairdeachas@mastodon.social my BF% is down to mid 15s , if I keep at it I’m hoping for 14 or 13 by my trip to France in September ( ideally, without losing weight, it’s all been recomp this phase )
I’m sorry too, I truly understand. Like the queer space is both reaffirming and malicious when it comes to body positivity and judgement – I don’t know that I’d ever want to look like the “circuit” guys but I miss my younger body and I just kind of want a heavier version of that for myself

@ramiro@xoxo.zone BF% down to 15% is amazing - congratulations! 🤯 My bathroom scale is, shall we say, not very accurate for BF% but mine is nowhere near yours. I keep meaning to get a dexa scan to get an accurate measure as a datapoint.
