Total time to recover one of my wikis from backup? About five minutes.
Two of which were just me trying to remember what the hell the command to read a SQL source file was. (SOURCE, for the curious)

Now of course, the real question is: Patch, you got lucky that in the two weeks since the last backup you had made effectively no edits to the wiki, should you consider backing up more frequently. And the answer is always "It depends"
