@stroz@infosec.exchange not available to everyone, but if you have a large enough powerbank or UPS, you can do a bit of arbitrage. i have my powerbank set to charge overnight when electric costs are ~3¢ vs daytime peak that's 9¢. even if the powerbank doesn't have that feature you can use a $15 outlet timer

@dank@jorts.horse I'm going down a similar route, but with a solar generator--still early days Have a ton of cleanup to do to actually test out the entirety of the system, but that 3.4kWh battery definitely helps out
