If people want someone to keep doing the job they doing, because they are doing a great job, then yes! Also, as communists, we aren’t utopians. The older socialism of the Owenites and so forth was Utopian in that they focused on creating Utopian models and copying them. Marx brought a scientific approach to socialism.
