It's currently 28º inside and I am much more used to it than a few weeks ago. Acclimatisation is probably part of it, but I notice that after I go swimming it takes a considerable amount of time before I go sweating.
Dunno if this is widely known life hack, but yeah, swimming helps a lot in cooling down the body long after you leave the pool.
It's also a great workout. I swim 50 laps a day and burn ~1400 kcal with it.

@collectifission@greennuclear.online Impressive! Isn’t good cardio fitness all around better at coping with heat? Lower rest heart rate; better blood flow; less waste heat production; leaner muscles meaning easier waste heat shedding?
