@alxd@writing.exchange @tinker@infosec.exchange I'm not sure it's much of a difference. Free Software is political *only* about openness. "Freedom 0" clearly states that it must be free to use for any purpose, even genocide. That's still pretty tech-bro.

One of the cases discussed was a software, that was banned to be used in South Africa because the author was against Apartheid. Now of course Apartheid was long gone but the license terms remained.
