Made my first ever Detroit style pizza. Actually I’ve never eaten one but thought it seems like an awesome style.

@sumisu@famichiki.jp this seems like an awesome adaptation of focaccia into an entire meal in a tray. That sort of cuisine efficiency seems a hallmark of Sicilian cooking.
