@RichBartlett@infosec.exchange I sympathise with you. There appears to be no effective system since they changed the Small Claims Courts.

@Sarah111well@mas.to we were told we'd win the case against our boat builder, and then he'd just declare himself bankrupt, so we'd face all the costs and have nothing to show for it. My wife (Natalie) has rebuilt most of it from scratch, and now swears by woman tradespeople (and I have to agree)!
