Great… not. The sky has turned orange from Canadian wildfire smoke, and my TemTop air quality monitor is showing >100ug/m^3 of PM2.5 in the back yard vs 8 in the living room, where we are running an air purifier. Forecast is for >300 outside tomorrow. I just turned off the ERV, because its filter can’t cope with that level of pollution. The worry is Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) which need carbon filters or similar to take them out: MERV 12+ aren’t enough.
