Brilliant! That was a good one🤣🤣🤣
And im trying to get to the point where I have a system to roll up, unpack what needs to be used, rest stays stored (in order of importance) and start cooking....either on site or at home...but this also means I have to think where Im using each tool, which other tools it should be with (like serving spoons wouldn't be with prep)...and then trying to have forethought for what im still going to need and where im going to store that 😬 debating how much to keep on the truck or if I need to start keep stuff off the truck...and its still like 85 with no a/c...oof sorry to unload 😬

@SarahGation@nicecrew.digital Its the best i could do. 😁 It might be one of those things that you'll better work out over time. As you get a more intuitive grasp of the space and the demands of the activities you'll be doing. You may find you use some things more than others and need them closer to one hand or the other etc. Try different things until you get a set up that suits you best. I hope that you get some cloudy days there, hon. Kitchens are stuffy at the best of times.
