I know environmentalists are concerned about this government's back track on co2 emissions goals. But, l think it import to focus efforts where they make a difference. Since I was in school, global concentrations of CO2 have increased ~110 ppm. Canadas portion of that amount is about 2 ppm. 2. That's all of Canada. Oil Sands, transport, manufacturing, etc …
