I'm looking up information on Cyclospora and food safety best practices (as I'm sure are many of you), and I keep reading articles that boil down to:
"Wash your hand and practice basic food safety. None of this will protect you from Cyclospora, but you should still do it."

The best Cyclospora information I've found so far comes from the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services: > Cook when possible. Heating food to 158 F (70 C) or higher kills cyclospora. https://www.michigan.gov/mdhhs/inside-mdhhs/newsroom/2026/07/13/cyclo-3 2/n
