I'm looking up information on Cyclospora and food safety best practices (as I'm sure are many of you), and I keep reading articles that boil down to: "Wash your hand and practice basic food safety.     The best Cyclospora information I've found so far comes from the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services: > Cook when possible. Heating food to 158 F (70 C) or higher kills cyclospora. https://www.michigan.gov/mdhhs/inside-mdhhs/newsroom/2026/07/13/cyclo-3 2/n
