Turns out the case insensitive flag is just -i. I should probably start the regex with \b but this would mainly catch some cases where I should have used a space and missed it.

I'm running out of time to work on it today. It's possible I could finish the first draft this evening but I want to work on some other projects before I have to start on dinner. At roughly 59.3K as of today.
