The Canadian government is running ads about energy, with LOTS of pictures of solar cells (Europe maybe?) & offshore windfarms (Europe, maybe Germany?) as IF the Carney government had projects on the go, or planned.
They do not
Anyone know or recognise which country these pictures are from?
Anybody have clues about ANY announced federal solar or wind?
Anything renewable, on the size of the spaghetti of oil pipelines being dumped on First Nations land?

@kevinrns@mstdn.social I'm a big fan of Canada, but it's a dirty dealer on the energy front in many senses of those words... It will, surely, be very hard for Canada to get closer to the EU without much stronger action on climate change...
