Here in #VT, #VehicularCycling isn't just a suggestion or a good idea, it's literally the only way to get around on a #bicycle.
And yes, sharing the roads with motor vehicles is terrifying and dangerous. #Vermonters don't care about fixing that. Nevertheless, she persists.
I don't have an action cam, but I wish I did, just so I could show people the insanity of our roads in #Vermont, what our state demands we accept, all to mollify the puerile, whinging demands of car drivers and landowners.

Having lived the majority of my life in places where bicycle paths and bicycle infrastructure simply don't exist, I've become a hardened cyclist, just to survive. And ultimately, *I may not survive*, because safety, comfort, and convenience for disabled people, pedestrians, and cyclists is so completely ignored and disdained in our society. It's not that I don't want bicycle paths to exist, it's that I don't think they ever will, because motorists, landowners, and politicians won't permit them.
