Picked up an Aqara UWB smart lock. It's a lot quieter (@octothorpe) than the previous lock. And the walk-up unlocking is aces. It's Matter compatible and right now, I'm not using Aqara's app at all and doing all the management in HomeKit. I'm curious how far I'll get with that. The one thing we lose is the gyro-based auto locking, having to settle for time-based instead. That might convince me to set it up. We'll see.
