A Red alert might trigger all kinds of work-related mandatory shut-downs and, as we all know, business is more important than human health.

I'm sure everybody knows this but just in case: https://www.canada.ca/en/services/environment/weather/severeweather/weather-alerts/colour-coded-alerts.html Duration plays into it. I would think a heatwave would qualify as an orange, but 🤷♂️
