@jackemled@furry.engineer I have paid for Fastmail for almost ten years now, and I'm very happy with them. It's such a simple idea: I give them money, and in exchange they host my email and don't do any data harvesting or AI training or anything. Just a boring old service.

@jackemled@furry.engineer Before that, I WAS hosting my own email server, but it got to be a nightmare of whack-a-mole with spam and ending up on IP range block lists, sigh.
