I am never going to get over people using AI art to advertise their writing. I simply assume that either their writing is also AI-riddled, in which case they can be ignored, or for some reason they think visual art has less value than their precious words and it’s okay to use the theft machine to generate it, in which case they can still be ignored.

“I can’t afford to pay an artist!” Well, I can’t afford a car, but that doesn’t mean I get to let a robot steal enough car parts from other people to frankenstein me one. Use stock images, learn yourself, or go without.
