@jessie@mastodon.social Aren't over-specific job ads written for a particular individual, making sure nobody else is going to apply? But, particularly for public bodies, there are rules which say they can't just hire that guy without going through a fake recruitment process?

@TimWardCam@c.im While I can’t speak for the intention for this role with ing this org: I am pretty sure this job, given its partnership, really does need someone who both speaks Welsh and works in conservation!
