Appointment reminder text messages and phone calls are driving me crazy. 3 text messages - 'reply Y if you are coming' so you reply and it doesn't effin work so you then get 3 phone calls and counting - from one practice for one appointment. Compound that by every other appointment I might have. Stop. Nagging. If I can't come, I'll let you know.
