I try not to be annoying with my job posting boosts, but, IMO, the job market isn't a zero sum game. Even if I'm in direct competition for a position with someone, they deserve just as much of a chance of getting the job as I do. Until we as a society decide that our value as humans isn't determined by whether or not we can work and implement UBI/GMI, employment will unfortunately continue to effectively be necessary.
