Hot. Dangerously hot until Thursday night 9PM according to the weather advisory. The dogs drink deeply from their water bowls. The cat refuses to sit on the patio. He used to love it out there, chasing bugs. His small taste of freedom. Water the gardens after sunset. Do not let the squash die because it's hot & I'm lazy.
