I always forget every time I come to the dentist I have a hard time understanding my hygienist due to her accent and I feel terrible because it's not her fault my stupid ears and brain can't communicate with each other well sometimes.. I just feel really bad about having to ask for her to repeat stuff.

@trinitybat@opencoaster.net I can relate. I have a hard time understanding many people, especially with noise going on around us. But that's because of my auditory processing disorder.
