Our per-app compatibility mode and the finer-grained toggles it uses can be used to work around most broken anti-tampering code. Our new per-app secure spawning toggle made it better. We need to fix the new compatibility issue with another flawed anti-tampering SDK though.

In some cases, we've found the issue is that the anti-tampering code was previously crashing due to being incompatible with the previous secure spawning implementation so it wasn't banning GrapheneOS. By improving compatibility with it, we enabled it to ban GrapheneOS. We'll fix that problem too.
