When I daydream, it is to wish to wake up in a cozy Medieval tavern, the environment aglow with candlelight and the air full of the latent scents of...IDK castles and stuff. But THEN, to zip into my time machine and go work my modern, high-tech job (I still love programming).
I'll return to my tavern after a day's hard work, relax, and unwind with an ale in hand watching faeries and wyverns flit about the landscape.

@ssemicolons@phpc.social sounds like you need a car and a cabin outside of city limits. there are places where bears roam that will give you a fun adrenaline rush.
