It features local stakeholders in addition to @jamestalarico@bird.makeup himself. How that part of the border has the fewest crossings due to the natural landscape, and that surveilling works, while building structural barriers will destroy the ecosystems that tourists come to visit. Etc. This isn't good, but it's maybe less bad.
