@eldersea@expressional.social Funny enough, I've known about SyncThing for aaaaaaages (many people extol it's virtues), but it had never fit my use cases until now. I often need to move files to/from Android or FTP. Finally I have a need to move files between desktop OSes on the same LAN

@jsstaedtler@mastodon.art I run it on my NAS and between all my PCs. My phone uses Tasker to launch it nightly to backup a variety of folders. In theory, I can drop stuff to my phone, but I rarely need to. Truly incredible how well it works. And it's fast.
