@oldguycrusty@mastodon.world @monkeyninja@10base2.dev @SimonIGroove@kind.social oh, I knew that, and apologies if I wasn't clear, but can the flame run underneath the stone while it heats up, or is it indirect heat only? Like I've seen somebody ruin a pizza stone by turning the broiler on in their oven, which is why I ask.
