@closetweeb@sakurajima.moe You’re probably the biggest anime expert among my online friends. Yep, I said it! 💫 Since I’m stubborn and trying not to outsource every question to AI, I figured I’d ask you instead. (Hope it's ok?)
I need something to read during my three weeks off, and right now I’ve got Initial D on the brain. Do you know if the anime follows the manga closely, or does it take a lot of detours?

@coffe@social.piewpiew.se Hahaha. Well, hate to disappoint but I actually don't read a lot of manga (like, less than 20 total) and Initial D is not one of them. So no idea! I've only read a little bit of it, but Gunsmith Cats is a classic for action. If you fancy some surreal yuri, check out Yurikuma Arashi. If you've seen the anime, just know it's quite different from the manga! (but still involves bears. Everything in this world is bears.)
