@sarahalang@fedihum.org You may be right in a way, but the concrete implementation example your paper provides (i.e. modelling gender in correspondence networks) would itself in the end also fall under the “adjacent buzzword“ gender data gap.

@sarahalang@fedihum.org I think some aspects of data feminism already do play a role in Digital Humanities, even if they are not explicitly framed as such.. for example, when it comes to acknowledging all contributions to digital editions or recognizing the work of Research Software Engineers - it’s all about making labour visible.

@FrederikeNBR@fedihum.org that’s very true actually! Maybe #GenderDataGap is the thing to go with? What I don’t love about it is that is much more narrow, ie mainly about gender #dh #feminism
