My friend @imp3tuz@mastodon.gamedev.place is a skateboarder in Zimbabwe. Being #trans in a religious conservative household and country, #skateboarding is an actual lifeline for her. I know some of you out there relate to being young and feeling lost in society and either the #punk scene, #skate scene or some other group of misfits literally saved your life.
