I would say that nothing is scaling precisely as predicted, or precisely on schedule... largely because Russia reacts to getting clobbered by hunkering down, which slows their advance. Ukraine's plans are still scaling aggressively & predictably, despite Russian CYA and the uncertainties of war. The aggressive level of incremental growth of Ukraine's plans is what is shifting the dynamics of the war. Russia may try to delay again by mobilizing troops, but it won't change the ultimate outcome.
