It's quite easy not to use this thing that actively promotes fascism while at the same time is destroying the climate even further. You can't complain about 40 degrees heat and use these things extensively, but that's beside the point here.

@mijndert@toot.community @kevin@gimbel.dev @oliverboehme@troet.cafe the big problem is: none of them are “good” and none of them or their technology are going anywhere soon some might be better in some metric than others, but i don’t know if a chinese model is gonna be better than xai (or whatever their name is) and the providers that might be considered better have way worse models, so we end up stuck in a (for us fairly unsolvable) dilemma (unless i’m missing something)
