I like to do well rounded reporting on these sorts of situations and one notable video consertaves are running with pretty hard right now is this interview of an alleged eye witness who blamed the victim.
These sorts of witness statements don't matter much as the facts are abundently clear:
* Joan was in the US legally
* A whole family was in the car
* Murdering the driver didn't make the agents safer
* ICE conducts unsafe ramming stops
* Was there a language barrier?

Regional news have a more balanced article capturing the comments of several additional eyewitnesses who blame the feds and not the victim. One witness says Joan in his dying breaths said he WAS trying to stop his car, he just wasn't able to comply fast enough. Others suggest agents may have already been ramming the car with unmakred vehicles prior to getting out in uniform.
