Regional news have a more balanced article capturing the comments of several additional eyewitnesses who blame the feds and not the victim.
One witness says Joan in his dying breaths said he WAS trying to stop his car, he just wasn't able to comply fast enough.
Others suggest agents may have already been ramming the car with unmakred vehicles prior to getting out in uniform.
Meanwhile another witnesses says he was close by and heard NO audible commands from the feds.

So anywho if the conservatives really want to run with the idea that Joan turned into a super predator with his family in the car than I mean I guess he would gain the "Sain't Joan" title from many on the left. Not sure that's better for ICE if people see Joan(and any other ICE victim) as a people's hero like Luigi.
