@nora@blob.love From a legal standpoint I would suggest it's best to be "sure", and prepared to defend the "claim" in court. Since a challenge would be civil it would be on the balance of probabilities, i.e. you don't necessarily have to be 100% sure but the closer-the better. So if we're talking about Trump, for example, I think the label "rapist" could be defended successfully (depending on the makeup of the jury)...
