@chirpbirb@meow.social no, effective immediately with 2 weeks pay in lieu of notice. They cancelled my access to everything while I was on the call with them. In Canada a 90 day period after hiring comes standard with the ability to terminate the employee without cause. I firmly believe this was a purely financial decision on the part of the company. I'm not perfect, but no complaints about my work were raised previously so I can't see any other explanation.
