Stanimir Dobrev / delfoo reports that the situation in parts of Russia are getting measurably worse. Namely, they are running out of their local fuel stockpiles. Presumably, this is happening elsewhere too... ----------- In Southern Yakutia they are introducing limits on fuel sales due to low remaining volumes. At the Tommotsk depot there's 10 tons of AI-92, 25 tons of Ai-95 and 34 tons of diesel. At Nizhne Bestyahsk there, 6 tons of Ai92, 9 tons of Ai-95 and 27 tons of diesel.
