While not a massive fall as yet, Moscow, which has been a huge bastion for both new construction and high housing prices, is now seeing their housing market slow considerably and their new construction practically cease. Housing prices actually falling in central Moscow is something altogether new. Lots of people's real estate investments are also collapsing in value, of course... or simply on hold indefinitely, waiting for construction and prices to come back.
