The story is about 55K now. I've got a bunch of stuff to wrap up but the main "action" piece is done.
Way past the time I should have finished up for the night. I feel like the novel is finished. It's not even first draft complete but I got a significant chunk in. What remains is what I've been building toward for two years. Not counting previous attempts to write this. :meong_laughing2:

Prepping for today's writing by running an ovedue spell check. Turns out I can't spell lectern unassisted. :meong_laughing2: I already knew I couldn't spell the variations on harass reliably. :cat_cringing: On the upside, I don't use that word very often in my fiction. I suspect I've never written fiction with the word lectern in it before The Novel, though.
